When our furnace tapped out on the coldest day so far in 2021 I am glad we called Joe at Thermal Concepts. He immediately made our call a priority and rerouted his technician to our home . I called at 8:30 am and they were at our home by 9am. Everything went smoothly when we decided not to repair our 20 + year old furnace and replace it instead. Again, Joe was quick to locate the model of furnace we needed and everything done that day. His technician , Rob, was very professional and put in a long day to help us get heat back into our home.
